\r\n\t\tEscape ladders without safety basket – up to 3m high\r\n\t<\/h2>\r\n

An escape ladder<\/strong> without a safety basket is an upright ladder with a maximum climbing height of 3m from ground level. This solution consists of elements bolted together. In addition, each component of the escape ladder up to 3m is interchangeable. This makes it possible to complete a ladder of any length.<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\t\tEscape ladders with safety basket – 3 to 10 m high\r\n\t<\/h2>\r\n

An escape ladder<\/strong> fitted with a safety basket is used when there is a difference in level of more than 3m to overcome. This is required by building regulations. A safety basket is also known as a riser or backstop. An escape ladder with a safety basket consists of components bolted together in such a way that it meets all regulatory requirements.<\/p>\r\n

The ladder can be permanently attached to the wall of buildings, to the roof of halls and warehouses, to machinery, silos, chimneys and wherever access is required.<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\t\tEscape ladders with safety basket and foot rest – over 10 m in height\r\n\t<\/h2>\r\nFor entrances with a difference in level of more than 10 m, the option of fitting a rest platform to allow a rest while climbing the ladder is required by law. The resting platform can be fixed in the form of a two-speed ladder or, if this is not possible, a folding aluminium flap inside the protective basket of a single-speed ladder. These ladders are systemic and bolted together from segments of the appropriate length. The ladder rungs are made as standard from 30x30x2mm channel section in s235 steel, which gives a firm grip when climbing the ladder, while not adding unnecessary weight, maintaining the desired rigidity while meeting all standards.<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\t\tPerforation\r\n\t<\/h2>\r\n\tOur anti-slip, single-row rungs are perforated to maximise the grip of footwear preventing slipping, which would result in a fall. The embossed patterns provide good grip, so they are used wherever good anti-slip properties are required.
\r\nIn addition, the perforation reduces the build-up of snow and water on the step, making the ladder rung safe to use during frosty weather.\r\n

\r\n\t\tCutouts\r\n\t<\/h2>\r\n\tThe cut-outs (scallops) at the ends of our ladder rungs play a special role during the galvanising process, so that the galvanising reaches every nook and cranny and the excess is not trapped in the corners, which could cause the ladder to rust or lose its aesthetics.\r\n

\r\n\t\tApplication\r\n\t<\/h2>\r\n\tThe ladder pins we sell are a semi-finished product for the further production of various types of ladders. Ladder rungs must be welded or bolted in accordance with the standard.\r\n

\r\n\t\tLegal requirements\r\n\t<\/h2>\r\nIn accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and related equipment, their location and development, access to all rooms and buildings must be provided for the periodic operation of machinery and equipment and the inspection and maintenance of the technical condition of the building. Ladders, permanently fixed to the structure, can be used as accesses and passages between the different levels.<\/em>
\r\nOur ladder rungs meet the requirements of the Ordinance, in particular \u00a7101 of the Ordinance.\r\n
